Our systems can include the following components to allow complete automation of the system:

  • Leachate Well Levels – pressure transducers
  • Tank Levels (liquid volume and flow control)

Line Pressure (to indicate potential blockages)

The systems can incorporate a fully automated reporting regime accessed via telemetry of via a Human Machine Interface (HMI) screen or a computer based SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) package. Reportable incidents can include:

  • Pumps running status for all pumps
  • Pump tripped status for all pumps
  • Remote panel watchdog signals (for cable integrity purposes)
  • Leachate Well pump running currents
  • Export pump flow rate
  • Export pump discharge pressure
  • Export pump running current

All system signals will be visible upon the main HMI screen with protected data logging of all analogue signals.
